Terms and Conditions
Please read the following terms and conditions carefully. They apply to all purchases and sales made through the website www.odavprint.ee, by phone, or at the office of ODAV PRINT OÜ (hereinafter referred to as “odavprint”). By placing an order with odavprint, you agree to accept the following terms:
1. Placing an Order and Payment
1.1. An order placed on the odavprint website is considered an intention to purchase the product at the price indicated on the website. Please note that product images are for illustrative purposes only and may not fully correspond to the actual appearance of the product. After placing an order, the customer will receive an invoice and instructions for making the payment.
1.2. Payment must be made within 24 hours after placing the order. Once the payment has been transferred to odavprint’s account, the order is considered completed and cannot be canceled.
1.3. Payment can be made via a bank link provided at the end of the order or by bank transfer to the account of ODAV PRINT OÜ.
2. Order Cancellation
2.1. The customer has the right to cancel the order until the payment has been made. The order will be automatically canceled if the payment is not completed on time.
2.2. odavprint reserves the right to cancel an order in unforeseen circumstances, including:
- technical errors affecting product pricing;
- the ordered product being out of stock.
2.3. In case of cancellation, odavprint will contact the customer to offer alternative terms or will promptly refund any paid amount.
3. Delivery
3.1. odavprint ships products within 2–4 business days after receiving payment. In case of delays, please contact us by email at odavprint@odavprint.ee or by phone at +372 5911 9495. If a product is out of stock, the customer will be notified by email or phone.
3.2. Delivery prices indicated at checkout apply only within Estonia. International delivery terms and prices are agreed upon individually.
3.3. odavprint uses parcel locker services such as DPD, Omniva, SmartPosti, and Unisend.
4. Customer Data
4.1. odavprint requires the customer’s personal data to communicate regarding the order. Customer data is shared with delivery partners listed in section 3.3. odavprint does not share customer data with third parties.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
5.1. All logos, texts, images, and software on this website belong to odavprint and are considered its intellectual property. Any unauthorized use is prohibited and may result in civil and criminal liability. odavprint will take all necessary measures to protect its intellectual property rights.
6. Order Cancellation and Returns
6.1. The customer has the right to cancel the purchase after payment but before receiving the goods. To do so, an email must be sent to info@odavprint.ee including the order number and bank details.
6.2. The customer has 14 days to inspect the product. If the product is not suitable, it can be returned or exchanged within 14 days. The original packaging must remain unopened and undamaged.
6.3. In case of cancellation or return under sections 6.1 or 6.2, the customer will be refunded the amount minus the return shipping costs. Refunds are processed within 30 days.
6.4. Returned goods must be unused, in original packaging, and in full complete set. If purchased as part of a campaign, all included items must also be returned.
6.5. If the returned product (or its packaging) is damaged, odavprint reserves the right to refuse the return. The customer will be informed by email. If the customer disagrees, an independent expert may be involved; costs are shared equally unless claims are unfounded.
7. Product Exchange
7.1. If a product is not suitable, the customer may request an exchange, provided the desired item is in stock. All costs related to the exchange are borne by the customer.
Supplement: Defective Products
In case of return or exchange, the customer must send an email to odavprint@odavprint.ee including a description of the issue, order number, and bank details.
Definition of a Defective Product
A cartridge or drum is considered defective if:
- it produces poor print quality (streaks, faded text, stains);
- it does not meet the declared page yield;
- it is not recognized by the printer or works with errors;
- it has physical damage;
- it has manufacturing or assembly defects;
- it does not match the specified equipment model.
Evidence Requirements
- For cases 1–2: provide a print sample and a printer test page.
- For cases 3–6: provide photos showing the defect (error messages, physical damage, etc.).
Recommendations Before Filing a Claim
- ensure all protective elements are removed;
- check all consumables by printing a test page;
- note that page yield is based on 5% coverage of an A4 page;
- for laser printers, check both cartridges and drums;
- for inkjet printers, ensure the device has not been unused for more than a week, as this may cause printhead drying and affect print quality.
